By accessing or using Wantoo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers who post needs and sellers who respond with offers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wantoo. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@wantoo.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Wantoo is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not take responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of items offered.

You agree to use Wantoo honestly and in good faith. You must not:

• Post false or misleading needs or offers • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communication • Attempt to circumvent the platform by taking transactions off-platform to avoid accountability • Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or the system • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform

When you post a need, you represent that you genuinely want to purchase or acquire the item described.

When you send an offer, you confirm that you actually possess the item and can fulfill the offer as described.

Wantoo does not guarantee that any need will receive offers, or that any offer will be accepted. All transactions are at the sole discretion of the users involved.

Once an offer is accepted and contact is exchanged, users are expected to complete the transaction in good faith.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Wantoo:

• Illegal items or substances • Counterfeit or stolen goods • Adult content or services • Weapons or dangerous materials • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights • Services involving deception or fraud

Wantoo reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

Wantoo provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions between users.

Our total liability in any matter related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Wantoo in the past 12 months (if any).

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

Wantoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users via email if the changes are significant.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
